In my work with individuals and small groups all my areas of interest, passions and insights come together in the most profound way. During sessions, I can share both the knowledge I have gathered and the wisdom I rediscovered on my meandering life‘s path.
Music & singing. Voice Alchemy
My life’s journey and specifically my educational path around singing led me to discovering the mystical aspects of human voice. In fact, one of my professional labels would be: I am an “opera-trained singer“, endowed with a rare dramatic contralto voice type.
You can learn the details of my spiritual path around the voice from this blog. I am constantly exploring this topic as I journey deeper and deeper within myself. I am inspired by the philosophy of music in Sufism, makam music, ancient and medieval theory of scales and modes, and the ancient modalities of music therapy. I am also drawing on current knowledge gathered from workshops and private sessions with such precursors of spiritual development and healing through creativity, sound and voice as Stewart Pearce, Chloë Goodchild, John Stuart Reid, Joshua Leeds, Reya Mana or Eileen McKusick.
Studying the Human Design System and the Gene Keys also played a significant role in the journey back to my natural voice after years of struggle, and expanding my own consciousness through the Voice and Silence.
I am now able and called to share my diverse experiences with you by offering my expertise and my open heart, along with an ear sensitive to the nuances of vocal production issues in several distinctive traditional and experimental ways.
As an intuitive songstress, a channel for the Divine Song, I am here to share my Voice in whatever way I can. Here you can listen to and experience one of the energy activations, or a healing melody, that I am inspired to bring forward. In the process of creating this blog, I have learned that it is only my mind that needs answers to the existential questions. Who am I? What is my purpose? What is this life? My posts are an expression of my current contemplation, thoughts, the flow of questions and answers, sadness, joy and surprises. Sometimes they are a transmission – pieces of channeled information that a Mind much brighter than my own could birth. Right now I am deeply inspired by the Gene Keys. They feel like a kaleidoscope of Wisdom. Every new detail I discover and explore on my Golden Path and beyond, triggers a wave of inspiration. That’s why I’ve been devoting many of my posts to that particular Synthesis.
Ultimately, all systems and religions are similar to the languages of the world. In fact, they ARE languages. They give us terms and concepts that describe human (and divine) experience. Some of us use only one language, the native one, throughout their lives, while others learn several and change them according to their needs and stages of life’s journey.
Right now, I find it amusing that in yet another part of my professional life I am a linguist with a PhD in lexicology and terminology. I really know what language and its labels are! I also know how limiting and rigid the language that we speak to ourselves can be. Question I contemplate at the moment is, can I move past all the mind-made labels? Can I feel safe without any labels and any knowing?
It’s important to remember that each human being is unique and at our core – indescribable. Each human being lies outside and beyond all of the systems, words, terms, concepts, classifications, teachings, religions. Obvious statement, but can I actually embody it?
