Human Design System
My experiment with Human Design started with a random click on a link posted on Facebook and getting a chart from the official website of the system, jovianarchive.com. Then, I read, listened and watched basically everything that is available at their free resources page. After several months of an in-depth self-study (typical Manifesting Generator! ;)), I’ve had my Foundation Reading with Ruth Brennan. Shortly after, I enrolled in her Living Your Design foundational course and additional courses on the 2nd Line and the 6th Line Profiles with Carol Freedman at the International School of Human Design.
Inspired by Mary Ann Winiger, I joined one of her Immersions back in 2022. That was an amazing experience! To physically feel the distinctive auric fields of each HD’s type in the space she was holding for us! Extraordinary! Afterwards, I continued to enjoy online gatherings she offered time to time. To relax and reflect, I would listen to Richard Beumont‘s stories on youtube and podcasts created by the Human Design Collective.

And then… I got tired with the analytical, complicated, left-brain language of the Human Design System. I’ve started to look for new sources of inspiration and I stumbled upon the Zen Human Design. It confirmed some of my doubts regarding HD’s division into four energetic types (Manifestors, Generators, Projectors, Reflectors) and I stopped looking into it further. Nevertheless, exploring Human Design and experimenting as a Manifesting Generator with sacral authority was an amazing, life changing experience, and I still use some of its elements in my own inner work and in work with clients.
Gene Keys
The newest inspiration in my inner-journey are the Gene Keys. This blog turned out to be a place where I share my Gene Keys adventure, instead of initially planned Human Design experiment 😉 You can read all about it on my blog, so here I only mention that all the courses and Richard Rudd’s books which I use in my daily contemplations are available on the official website of the Gene Keys and on their social media. I am impressed by the quality of resources they are sharing for free, including weekly and monthly zoom calls and clubhouse audio-only gatherings. I recommend all their resources with all my heart! 🙂

Integral Human Design & 64 Doors
If your journey with both systems is similar to mine, you may want to dive into the Integral Human Design or 64 Doors. Both websites explore the similarities and differences in the approach of both systems trying to integrate the intricate knowledge of the Human Design with gentle, non-linear wisdom of the Gene Keys. 64 Doors is an amazing and visually beautiful resource for contemplation of each gate/gene key.
I wonder if there is another system to discover around the corner for me? We’ll see!
